Lara the Warrior weighs around 70 kg, and when she steps onto the mats with Carmen La Dean, she isn't entirely convinced Carmen will be able to lift her — let alone carry her around with ease.
Carmen is more than happy to prove her wrong.
What begins as a friendly challenge quickly turns into a 12-minute showcase of Carmen's strength, as she lifts, carries and manoeuvres Lara in a variety of different positions. Piggyback carries, over-the-shoulder lifts and more unusual holds all become part of the fun as Carmen experiments with just how easily she can move her 70 kg partner around the room.
There is plenty of laughter throughout, with Lara clearly enjoying being on the receiving end of Carmen's strength. As the session continues, her initial doubts disappear and she begins to understand exactly why so many men enjoy being lifted and carried by Carmen.
Relaxed, spontaneous and filmed in a bright wrestling environment on proper mats, this is less about competition and more about two strong women having fun — with Carmen doing what she loves most: showing off just how powerful she really is.
